What We Do

We solve workplace problems.  Our employee-side practice has successfully solved or litigated workplace disputes for entry level employees, management and professionals, and high-level corporate executives.  Our employer-side practice is focused on supporting small and mid-sized companies who prefer personal relationships and prompt attention. We believe the work we do helps to foster harmonious, positive workplaces where workers feel valued and business goals are achieved.

Employment laws are in place to ensure the mutual success of employees and employers. Both parties have rights and responsibilities under the law. Employees have the right to fair pay and workplaces that are free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, while also carrying the responsibility of the day-to-day work it takes to make a business successful. Employers have the right to hold employees accountable, but also the responsibility to treat employees fairly. For both employees and employers, fully exercising employment rights and understanding employment responsibilities will often require the guidance of a skilled attorney.

Our attorneys have a strong command of all state and federal laws and regulations that impact workplace rights in Pennsylvania. We are highly experienced working with state and federal agencies on behalf of our clients, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Department of Labor (DOL).

What Our Clients Say

“We are very grateful for everything that Sol did for us. I know it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for but we truly appreciate Sol’s time and all his explanations. We never had to deal with anything like this before and are very grateful for a patient attorney that took time to talk with us.”

– C. C.

“I had the pleasure of having Solomon Krevsky represent me in a case against my former employer. Not only was Sol thorough and talked me through every step of the process, he was tenacious until the end! I got more than I could have hoped for – highly recommend this law firm!”

– Lora

“Mr. Solomon Krevsky and his staff were always there for me every step of the way. Unfortunately, the case went on for many years but in the end, I was extremely pleased. Their work ethic and untiring devotion went far above anything I could ever have anticipated. Their expertise in employment law relating to discrimination was everything I had hoped for. The law firm was referred to me and I will always be grateful for how they worked on my behalf to bring a positive result and closure.”

– Jill

“I usually don’t like attorneys, but Sol has made me rethink about my judgement on all lawyers. Because of his trust in me and the dedication he had in my case I would like to think of him more as a friend then a lawyer. He went that extra yard to make sure everything was ready to go for my case and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible with constant updates.”

– Matthew

“I utilized the Krevsky Bowser firm for advice and clarification on a complex executive employment contract.  Solomon Krevsky was referred to me by an associate as someone who could help with the language and protections needed during a merger and change of control.  I found Solomon to be extremely knowledgeable in my specific needs and always available during several months of discussions.  In one particular instance, I called the office without an appointment and was immediately put through for some on the spot advice in advance of a quickly scheduled meeting.  My situation was resolved, with Solomon’s assistance, favorably to me.  I would highly recommend the firm for these type of employment contractual situations.”

– Kimberly
